Founder

Hello, I’m Nita. I founded Poise The Firm with one powerful mission: to build a trusted PR and marketing partner for entrepreneurs who don’t just want to brand their business—but leave a lasting legacy for everything they've worked so passionately to create.

My journey began at a young age as an executive assistant to an executive music producer and business mogul. During that time, I had the privilege of building deep and meaningful relationships with CEOs, political figures, music executives, serial entrepreneurs, and high-level decision-makers. Often, I found myself in a supportive role, almost like a confidant, which is perhaps why I approach everything I do with a holistic perspective. I learned how to turn the impossible into the possible, and it ignited my passion for helping entrepreneurs flourish in their endeavors.

After working with countless PR agencies, I saw the truth: PR wasn’t built to be a money pit —but somewhere along the way, too many agencies made it one. I set out to change that by putting integrity, strategy, and results back at the center.

I realized that hiring a PR firm, just like choosing a lawyer or a doctor, is a significant decision where your reputation—and sometimes your very well-being—rests in their hands. This understanding motivated me to dive deep into the world of PR and marketing, ultimately leading to the creation of Poise The Firm.

I genuinely love all aspects of business, and in my spare time, I enjoy empowering women, experimenting with cooking from scratch, and exploring new countries.

Public Relation Strategist

Hey, it’s Jessica. I’m an experiential and nonprofit marketing strategist with 10+ years in marketing, events, and social impact. My work spans brand management, nonprofit program leadership, and large-scale event production — giving me the ability to blend creativity, strategy, and purpose.

I’ve led regional marketing for Reign Total Body Fuel and Muscle Milk, produced community events with Blackbird House, and built housing-stability initiatives with the Nassau County Office of Housing. My experience across both corporate and nonprofit sectors helps mission-driven organizations grow while staying grounded in integrity and impact.

I lead with empathy, service, and community-centered thinking — creating strategies that spark meaningful, lasting change.

I hold a Master’s in Sports Management from Georgetown University and a Bachelor’s in Marketing Management from Syracuse University. Let’s build experiences and campaigns that create real impact.

With a strong eye for messaging and audience connection, I work behind the scenes to shape conversations, monitor feedback, and turn everyday interactions into opportunities to build trust. I believe that every comment, review, and post is a chance to strengthen your reputation and create lasting relationships with your community.

Based in the Philippines, I genuinely enjoy connecting with people from all walks of life. When I’m not supporting clients, you’ll probably find me traveling with my family, making memories together, singing my favorite songs, and enjoying life’s simple, joyful moments.

Whether it’s designing a website that actually converts or creating a workflow that keeps your business running smoothly, I’m here to make your digital world easier, cleaner, and more intentional.

I’ve spent several years in digital marketing, with skills that range from video editing and graphic design to crafting compelling email campaigns, managing subscriber lists, segmenting audiences, and full social media management. I love hearing your vision — and bringing it to life with strategy and simplicity.

I’m based in the Philippines and fluent in both Tagalog and English. Outside of work, I’m energized by connecting with people, listening to music (my husband is my personal singer!), and dancing — it’s my favorite way to unwind and have fun.
